ITINERARY, DAY BY DAY
- DAY 1
- From Arusha to Manyara Lake
We’ll pick you up at your hotel in Arusha around 7:00am and we will drive to Lake Manyara. This National Park is famous for its tree-climbing lions and its baboons. There are many species of birds over there. The Manyara Lake is a good way to start your safari experience as not many agencies offer the possibility to discover this Park.
- DAY 2
- From Manyara Lake to Ngorongoro Crater
The Ngorongoro crater is the largest intact crater of the world. The old volcanic eruption created a natural enclosure of 19kms wide. This Crater is now populated by Acacia trees and contains around 30,000 animals. We hope to see the black rhinoceros and we are assured to see flamingoes, elephants, lions and different bids.
We might also see the Maasai population grazing their own buffalos and other wildbeasts.
- DAY 3
- From Ngorongoro to Tarangire, and back to Arusha
This third day we leave around 8:00am and we drive to Tarangire National Park. This 3000sq kms park is known for its baobab trees and its 2000 elephants. This Tarangire river runs through this park and makes it spectacular during the dry season as the wildlife concentrates near this permanent river because it is their only source of water.
